How to get a Medical Marijuana Card
Issue 6, an amendment to the state constitution of Arkansas permitted the legal use of Medical Marijuana within the state for qualified patients. Qualified patients can apply to register for a medical marijuana card.
Step One
Schedule an appointment with an Arkanasas Medical Marijuana Doctor. At this appointment you will need to provide proof of your qualifying condition. Proof can include medical records and/or a doctor’s note. When you are approved you will be given a signed certification.
Step Two
The signed certification will need to be submitted to the Arkansas Department of Health with a $50 registration fee and your proof of Arkansas residency.

Please note: The physician certification must be submitted within 30 days to the Arkansas Board of Health.
Step Three
Once approved, you will be added to the patient registry and receive your Arkansas medical marijuana patient card. This card is valid for one year and needs to be renewed at that time to remain active. At this point, you will be able to purchase medical marijuana from Red River Remedy.
