General Online Ordering Info

When you place an order online we weigh the order out, print all appropriate labels, and package your order in an exit bag. When you arrive at the store all you have to do is pay. The express pickup option is great for when you are in a hurry!
We accept online orders directly on this website by clicking the “Menu” button on the top right corner of this page and we also accept online orders through Weedmaps.com.
Online orders can only be placed during business hours.
If the store is busy we allow patients who have placed an online order to skip to the front of the line to pickup their order. Because you are skipping the line we cannot allow any changes, additions or substitutions to your order. If you would like to make changes to the order we kindly ask that you wait in line.
Last call for online orders on weekdays is 7:30pm, and last call on the weekends is 5:30pm.
Online orders must be picked up on the same day they are placed. We cannot hold orders overnight or accept orders for the next day.

Create a Weedmaps user account
Go to the Red River Remedy menu on weedmaps.com
Add the items that you wish to order to your cart
When you are done shopping, go to your cart. You will be asked to enter your cell phone number, email, and upload a picture of your photo ID and Arkansas MMJ Card
Then click “Place Order”
Red River Remedy staff will begin fulfilling your order. You will receive a text letting you know we are currently fulfilling your order and another text letting you know it is ready to be picked up

If you have a Compassionate Care Program discount, we will text you and let you know the new total
If there are any issues with you order we will contact you and let you know
If there is no photo ID or MMJ Card uploaded we will not be able to fulfill your order
Once you place an order we cannot “edit” the order, the order must be cancelled and a new order placed with the appropriate changes
Item that do not have the “Add to Cart” option next to them on our menu are not eligible for online ordering due to low stock
Unfortunately iPhone users are not able to place an online order through the iOS Weedmaps App, however you can still place an online order on an iPhone by using the Chrome or Safari browser on your phone

Go to www.redriverremedy.com and click on the “Menu” button in the upper right hand corner of any page.
If you are over the age of 18 with a valid Arkansas Medical Marijuana Card, click “I Am Over 18 With An AR Med Card”.
Browse the menu for the items you wish to order and add the quantity desired to the cart.
When you are done shopping, view your cart. If everything looks good, click “Proceed to Checkout”.
If this is your first time placing an order on our website then you will be required to create a account and enter in some customer information and upload a picture of your Arkansas Medical Marijuana Card. If you are returning customer you can just login with the account details you created on your last order.
Click “Place Order” when you are done.

You will receive text message updates to let you know that our staff is fulfilling your order, and when it is ready to be picked up.
Any Compassionate Care Discounts will be applied at the store.
Please make sure to upload the picture of your Arkansas Medical Marijuana Card and a valid phone number so we can reach you about any issues with your order.
